2 Zucchini

1 Potato

1 Onion (optional)

Cheese (We use a very spanish cheese product, but you can use any soft cheese, like mozzarella)

Instructions |
|
|
Cut the onion, zucchini and potatoes and put it in
boiling water with a bit of salt until it is
cooked.
|
|
|
Drain well and use a blender to get a cream. (add
some of the water you used to boil everything if
you want it less dense)
|
|
|
Add the cheese (or milk) and mix again
|
|
|
You can serve it warm or cold. I prefer it warm,
but I know some people like to eat it in summer
very cold (but in this case, its more liquid)
