     Cream cheese muffin puffs

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 teas. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. Butter, melted
1/2 teas. Vanilla extract
1 tube (10 ounce) refrigerated biscuits
1 8 ounce cream cheese, cut into 10-12 cubes
 

Instructions
In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine butter and vanilla. Separate dough into 10-12 biscuits. Press each into a circle. Dip cream cheese in butter and cinnamon-sugar. Place one in the center of each biscuits. Fold dough over cube- seal and shape I to balls. Dip balls in butter and cinnamon- sugar. Place seam side down on greased muffin pan. Bake 375 fir 14-18 minutes. Serve warm.
