Start with the meatball mixture. Take a large bowl, add ground beef, soy sauce, ginger powder, salt, pepper and spring onion. Use your hands to make the meatballs. Use a skillet, add vegetable oil and fry the meatballs until they get a brown color. Slice the bread in half. For the first sandwich spread ketchup on the bread, add 1 ounce iceberg salad, 4 tomato slices, and 6 cucumber slices. Add meatballs, spread mustard and ketchup and finish it with the top layer of the ciabatta. Repeat the steps above for the second sandwich.
