     Baked Salmon

Ingredients
4 salmon filets (1 lb.)
2 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tomato, chopped
1/3 cup Kraft sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375. Place fish, skin side down, in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until it flakes easily. Can be also used with orange roughy or red snapper filets.
