Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir the flour,
baking soda and cocoa together in small bowl and
set aside. Cream the butter and sugar with mixer
until light and smooth. Add egg and beat again.

Slowly beat in the dry ingredients. Stir in the
chocolate chips.
|
|
|
For each cookie, drop a spoonful of batter onto an
ungreased large baking sheet. With your hand
slightly flatten each piece of dough. Leave 2
inches between each cookie ball.

|
Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans.
