1 Tbl dried basil
Season to taste
Instructions
1) Cook until all veggies are tender, approx. 1 hour. 2) Hold at temp. above 135' CCP- Cool leftovers to below 41' within 2 hours. Reheat to 165' within 2 hours if reusing.
