Ingredients
12 eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
Optional Meats- Turkey sausage, nitrate free bacon,clean ham
Optional Veggies- Peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes
Optional- any cheese
Optional- Salt/Pepper
 

Instructions
Spray muffin tins well and preheat oven to 375.
Crack the eggs and add the milk. Use a fork or whisk to blend. Add salt and pepper.
Fill 1/2 of tin with veggies and meat. Pour egg mixture on top and leave a little room on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 25 - 35 minutes until eggs are cooked entirely through.
