Ingredients
12 lbs ground beef or combination of ground pork /ground beef
2 qt. soft bread crumbs (or quick cook oats)
2 cups milk - 2 cups beefstock
12 eggs
1 c chopped onions
1 Tbsp each -salt, black peppe r,garlic powder
2 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
of-1 cup ketchup
During last 1/2 hour of baking, top with mixture-
 
8 oz brown sugar
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 1/4 c catsup

Instructions
1) Mix all ingredients until well blended. DO not overmix. 2) press mixture into 5 loaf pans and bake at 325' for 1 1/2 hour (or into one 12x20x4 inch pan and divide into 2 loaves, bake at 325' for 2 hours) CCP- Bake to an internal temperature of 180'. Hold for service at an internal temp of 135' or higher. CCP- To cool leftovers quickly, cut into smaller pieces to cool to 41' within 4 hours. Leftovers can be served cold or hot if reheated to 165' within 2 hours.
