Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper allowing it to hang over the edges. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Combine sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder and pour over cookie crumbs. Top with semi sweet, milk and white chocolate. Bake 25 minutes. Let cool completely and cut into squares. Top with fudge sauce.
