     Lemon Baked Fish

Ingredients
50 5 oz fish filets, thawed
1 1/2 lbs melted margarine or butter
1 1/2 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp paprika
1/3 cup lemon juice
Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedge
 

Instructions
1) Portion 16 filets on a half sheet pan 2) mix lemon juice and seasonings with melted butter. Brush generously on each piece of fish. 3) BAke 375' for approx. 10 minutes for each inch of thickness of fish or to temp of 145'transfer to 12x10x2 inch pan. Cover and hold at 135' til service.
