1) Cook meat until lightly browned, about 10

2)Add stock, tomatoes, onions,seasonings and
simmer 1-1/2 hours. (If using pre-cooked beef
strips, simmer only 30 min.
3)Add green peppers and mushrooms cooking only
until tender but firm.4)
Add thickening paste and cook until thickened,
about 5 minutes.
CCP-Hold for service at 135' or higher. Cool
leftovers to 41' within 4 hours. Reheat leftovers
quickly to 165' within 2 hours
