Intuition (Important!)
Instructions
Preparation-

2) Mince garlic
Cooking-
1) Add oil and heat pan on medium heat
2) When pan is hot, add garlic and stir-fry
till fragrant and golden-brown
3) Add vegetables in descending order of
cooking time (broccoli, carrots, cabbage,
capsicums, mushroom)
5) Add a little water and stir-fry till cooked
6) Add oyster sauce
7) Taste sauce and adjust to taste
8) Add corn starch little by little and stir
quickly to thicken sauce (Stir quickly to
prevent clumps)
Remarks-
1) Adding vegetables in order ensures
consistency in texture.
2) How long to cook vegetables is up to you, I
prefer them al dante but some prefer them soft.
3) Do not add too much water, add a little and
add more if it dries up or if it is burning.
