Preparation-
1) Crack eggs in a bowl and beat till smooth, can
add light soy sauce and pepper for fun
2) Cut bacon into bite size and fry till dry and
crispy

Cooking Method 1- on low heat, add egg into pan,
let it cook for 5 seconds, add rice and stir fry
quickly. Stir fry till every grain of rice is
evenly coated by egg. Add bacon (Optional)

Cooking Method 2- on low heat, add rice and stir
fry till rice is hot. Pour egg over rice and stir
fry till every grain of rice is evenly coated by
egg. Add bacon (Optional)

Remarks-
1) Egg should coat every grain evenly, making
dish difficult to make requiring experience to
make it well.
2) Try both methods and see which one fits your
style (I personally use method 2, harder to
master but gives better results in my opinion)
3) Use rice that is a little dry or overnight
rice so that rice will not stick which allows
even coating of egg
4) Use only egg yolk to improve presentation
but I never do it cause its too wasteful
