     Whipped Short Bread

Ingredients
1 Pound Butter
1 Cup Icing Sugar
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
3 Cups Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend butter, cornstarch, icing sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
Drop from teaspoon on to parchment covered cookie sheet. Top with pieces of red and green cherry or sprinkles if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes. Check after 10 minutes.
