Add pork to the crockpot and season with sea salt and
pepper. Next add onion, diced tomatoes and sinigang mix.
Add water and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for six
hours. In the last hour add bokchoy, kale and green onion
and continue to cook until greens are tender.

Serve with white or brown rice as desired.
