Place one layer of pork chops in your slow cooker. Arrange a proportionate amount of sliced onions over top. Mix barbecue sauce and honey together in a small bowl. Spoon a proportionate sauce over the chops. Repeat the layers. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. If the sauce barely covers the chops, flip them over at this point. If they're well covered, simply allow them to cook another 3-4 hours on low, or until they're tender but the meat is not dry.
