     Country Pork and Squash

Ingredients
6 boneless country style pork ribs, trimmed or fat
2 medium sized acorn squash
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons orange juice
3/4 teaspoon Kitchen bouquet browning and seasoning sauce
 

Instructions
Place ribs on bottom of slow cooker. Cut each squash in half. Remove seeds. Cut each half into 3 slices. Place the squash slices over top of the ribs. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour sauce over the ribs and squash. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender. Serve 2 rings of squash with each pork rib.
