12 ounce package or 1 pound cooke dham, cubed and divided
1 small onion, chopped, and divided
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery or mushroom soup
Instructions
Spray the interior of the cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer 1/3 each of the potatoes. ham, onion and cheese into the cooker. Repeat twice. Spread soup on top. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
