     Twice-Baked Potato Casseroe

Preptime   350' 20-25 min

Ingredients
Prepare your facilities' usual amount of mashed potatoes.
Add-
4 c sour cream
Black pepper to taste
1 c butter or margarine
Combine the following and reserving 2 cups for topping
6 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions chopped, about 6 or 8
20 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
 
Add remaining mixture to prepared mashed potatoes
Divide into 2 greased pans, top with one cup each of reserved mixture
Bake at 350' until heated through, about 20 minutes
