     Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
1 prebaked pie shell
1 can of Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 T rum
 

Instructions
Mix together Eagle Milk, lime juice and beaten yolks of 3 eggs. Then fold in beaten egg whites. Place mixture in pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 250º. Cool then place in refrigerator until ready to server. Then top with whipping cream.
