     Lemon Pecan Bars

Ingredients
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of butter
1 1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups of pecans
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of coconut
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp salt
 
1 1/2 cups of confectioner sugar
lemon juice
Instructions
Combine the first two ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool.
Filling- Mix together brown sugar, eggs, pecans, vanilla, coconut, flower and salt. Spread on crust and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.
Combine powder sugar thinned with lemon juice spread on top when cool.
