6 lbs beef or chicken strips (MAy use pre-cooked Philly steak meat)

If using raw meat, saute in 1/2 cup oil with garlic and onion until tender in large skillet

Add mushrooms (chestnuts ) stir fry until soft
|
|
1 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
|
|
2 lbs water chestnuts (optional)
|
|
Add broccoli and onions and stir fry for additional 3 minutes.
|
|
3 lbs fresh broccoli florets
|
|
1 cup sliced green onions (or white ionions)
|
|
Add prepared sauce and hold at 165' until service
|
