Take your pieces of biscuit dough and place one cube of cheese down onto it. Roll the whole thing up into a ball, hiding the cheese inside. In a small saute pan, saute your garlic into the butter and set aside. In another small bowl, mix up your parsley and Parmesan cheese. Dip your bread bombs into the garlic butter first, and then into the spiced up shreds of Parmesan cheese. When you're finished, set them all to bake on a parchment lined baking sheet and let them puff up and brown in a 375 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes.
