Preparation-
- Cook 2 cups of diced chicken.
- Boil penne pasta, according to package directions.
- Drain water, and return pasta to the pot.
- Add all the ingredients except for the mozzarella cheese and stir.
Cooking-
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top evenly with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
