Clean spinach and strawberries and set aside.
Cook chicken in pan with a pinch of olive oil
until cooked through, and then slice the
chicken to a desired size.
Take the freshly cleaned strawberries, remove
stems, and slice to desired size.Half the
avocado and dice the avocado half to a desired
size.
Combine spinach, strawberries, avocado and
chicken into a bowl.

Dressing-
Finely chop garlic cloves, and then combine
clove in small bowl with lemon juice, vinegar,
salt and peper. Mix ingredients thoroughly and
pour into a dressing container. Add olive oil
and shake until mixed. Let the dressing sit in
the fridge for about 10 minutes before use.
