     Sticky buns

Ingredients
2 frozen bread loaves, thawed
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp butter melted

1/2 c butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1 pkg (5 oz) cook & serve vanilla pudding
2 Tbsp milk
 
2 c chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions
Make goo- Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add brown sugar and mix well. Remove from heat, add vanilla pudding, then mix in cinnamon and milk. Pour in bottom of greased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle nuts over goo.
In small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness and rectangular shape. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Starting at long length of dough, roll up with seam on bottom.
Cut roll into 3/4 inch slices and place flat side down onto goo and nuts, leaving a little space between each roll. Cover with towel and allow to rise for 45 minutes. Bake in oven 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Immediately invert onto serving tray and remove pan. Allow to cool. Buns can be made completely in advance and frozen. Thaw at room temp overnight before wanting to eat.
