1 Cup Sliced Fresh Strawberries
1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
1/3 Cup Vanilla Low-fat Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
1 Cup Crushed Ice

1. Place fruit, yogurt and flaxseed meal into the blender. Cover and blend well.
2. Add ice and blend until smooth.
