     Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients
4 bone-in chops
3 cups water
2-3 bullion cubes
1 to 1 1/2 C white rice
dash salt and pepper
1 onion thinly sliced in circles.
1 tomato thinkly sliced in circles
 

Instructions
In a large skillet Salt and pepper port chops and brown in a little oil.
In a microwave safe measuring cup heat water and dissolve the bouillon cubes. Pour water mixture over the pork chops
Sprinkle rice all around pork chops.
Place 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice on top of each pork chop. Cover pan, lower heat and simmer on top of stove for 45 min to 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Works with loin chops although a little drier
