1 Cup All-Purpose Flour

2 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

Instructions |
|
|
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
|

|
2. In a shallow dish, combine flour with Cajun seasoning and in another place beaten egg.
|
|
|
3. Dip each chicken strip into the egg then the flour mixture until strip is well-coated.
|
|
|
4. Place strips on baking sheet and bake for 18-20. Turn once halfway through cooking.
