      Mozzarella Loaf

Ingredients
1 12-Inch French Bread Loaf
12 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 Tablespoons or 3/4 Stick Butter, Softened
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
 

Instructions
1. Cut loaf into 1-in thick slices and place slices of mozzarella between them.
2. Combine Parmesan cheese, butter and garlic salt then spread on each slice.
3. Reshape loaf and press firmly together while brushing remaining butter mixture on outside of loaf.
4. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
