1 1/4 Pound Ground Beef Chuck

1 Egg
|

2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
|

1/2 Teaspoon Salt
|

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions |

|
1. Mix ground chuck with egg, Worcestershire, salt and pepper then form into 4 or 5 patties about 1/2-in thick and about 4 in in diameter.

2. Cook on grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side or in skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side (ground beef should NEVER be cooked rare).

3. Toast 4 buns and spread with mayonnaise or mustard.
|
|
|
4. Add lettuce, tomatoes and slice of onion, if desired, or you can make any type of burger of your choice from this starter. Serve
