Ingredients
For the Salsa
1 Onion finley diced
1/2 Red Pepper finley diced
1/2 Yellow Pepper finley diced
3 Tsp Lemon juice
50 Ml white wine vinegar
2 Tsp Oil
Salt and Black Pepper
Freshly chopped corriander
2 Tomatoes peeled , de seeded and diced
For the Hake
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Chilli finley diced
1 Garlic clove minced
Salt and Black Pepper
2 Tsp lemon juice
Instructions
For the Salsa
Peel , de-seed and dice the tomatoes,
Finely dice the onion , red and yellow peppers,
Add the lemon juice , oil , vinegar ,seasoning, corriander
and mix together
For the Hake ,
In a pan over medium heat , fry the seasoned hake in the oil
with the garlic , chilli and lemon juice for 15 minutes
