Ingredients
1 c bread flour
1 -1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp quick yeast
1 - 1/3 c water
3 Tbsp veg. oil
3 c bread flour
 

Instructions
In Kitchen aid mixer bowl, place 1 c flour, salt, sugar, and yeast, mix together.
Put water and oil in microwaveable bowl. Heat on high for 20 seconds, then 10 more. Temp should be 80 degrees F. Add to flour mixture in mixer bowl. Mix on medium for 4 minutes. Gradually add additional 3 cups of bread flour and change to hook and knead for 5-7 minutes.
If too dry add 1/2 Tbsp water at a time until dough clears sides. If too wet add 1/2 Tbsp flour until dough clears sides.
Use right away for sticky buns, or allow to rise for an hour, covered in warm area. Then bake for bread or punch down and use for pizza.
