     BAO Dough

Ingredients
1 cup warm water (105 to 110 degrees)
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk or honey
3 cups flour
2 tsp yeast
 

Instructions
Mix water, sweetener and yeast together. Let set 5 minutes. Add flour, knead 5 minutes. Set aside and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size. Roll out on floured board and divide into 8-12 pieces. Form each piece into flattened circle with center more puffy. Fill and seal into a circular shape. Place on parchment paper in steamer, seam side down. Steam 20 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes, ENJOY
