Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat 9x13 baking dish with
cooking spray.
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Stir in pasta sauce and
cooked macaroni, then remove from heat.
Spread half the beef mixture in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle
2 cups mozzarella cheese, repeat layers.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly on top, then scatter
pepperoni slices and bell pepper rings.
Bake 35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly
browned.
