     Beef Short Ribs with dry rub

Ingredients
Approx. 12 Lg. Beef Short Ribs
1 Tbsp kosher salt
4 Tbsp sweet paprika
2 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder, toasted preferred
1 Tbsp ground Celery seed
28 OZ can of diced tomatos or 2 Tbl Tomato Powder
1 tsp dried Oregano
 
1/4 tsp Stevia
2 Tbsp Chipotle Powder
Dash Cayenne

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all the spices together in a bag.
Either drop the ribs in the bag and shake to coat, or put the spices on a plate or pan and press the ribs in to cover.
Turn down the oven to 250. Add diced tomatos to foil covered pan, or to oven safe pan directly. Add ribs. Sprinkle remaining spices over the top. Seal tightly with foil. Bake for 4 hours.
Optionally, you can then pop them on a hot BBq for a few minutes each side.
Serving Suggestions
With rice.
