     Salamon Ball

Ingredients
1 16 oz can salmon
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 T lemon juice or more to taste
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 c chopped pecans
3 T chopped parsley
 

Instructions
Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bones. Combine salmon , cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Chill several hours. combine pecans and parsley. Shape in desired shape. roll in pecan and parsley mixture. serve with assorted crackers. Red salmon has best flavor for this dish.
