     Pecan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk biscuit mix
1/2 tsp creole seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprikia
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
4 chicken breast halves (skin on?)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
 

Instructions
Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Preheat to 350. Combine 5 dry ingredients. Coat chicken in buttermilk then dip in flour mixture. Pour buttermilk over chicken then cook for one hour in a 9 x 13 pan.
