-Place Chicken in a 5-6 quart greased slow cooker
-In Medium bowl mix brown sugar, mustard & salsa
-Pour mixture over chicken.
-Add water to cover chicken, if needed.
-Cook on low for 6-8 hours or for 4 hours on high.
-with 30 mins of cook time remaining remove the lid & shred the chicken using 2 forks.
-Add the beans, corn & sour cream to the slow cooker & mix together w/the chicken.
-Replace lid & cook for remaining 30 mins.
-Serve over rice w/sour cream
