     Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1lb sausage
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups milk
 

Instructions
1) In a large skillet over medium heat brown the sausage. DO NOT DRAIN 2) With a whisk stir the flour into the sausage. 3) Gradually add milk and continuously whisk until mixture boils and thickens. 4) Reduce to medium low heat and simmer for 2 mins while stirring 5) Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste
