     Parmesan Tomato Chips

Ingredients
6 Cups thinly sliced tomatoes
2 T Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tsp sea salt
1 Tsp garlic powder
2 T fresh basil, chopped or scissored
2 T Grated parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Slice tomatoes thinly and place on 2 cookie sheets, without overlapping the slices. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and drizzle over each slice.
After about 3 hours, check the slices every 30 minutes. Depending on how thinly you've sliced the tomatoes, this can take up to about 5 hours. These are delicious enough to wait, and the kitchen will smell wonderful.
