Whole wheat pasta with tomatoes, basil, and garlic

Ingredients
2 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt (for boiling pasta)
1/2 cup chopped basi
1 large or two medium tomatoes
Grated Parmesan cheese
Uncooked pasta for two servings
Instructions
While boiling the pasta in water with salt and olive oil, heat
two tbsp olive oil in large pan. Sauté garlic in medium heat
until lightly brown and fragrant. Do not burn it.
Add tomatoes and white wine and bring to boil.
Simmer for ten minutes, covered
When pasta is done, drain and add to the tomato sauce in
the pan. Be sure to keep about 1/2 cup pasta water to add
later if needed.
Mix in basil. Salt to taste and add pasta water if needed.(so
the dish will not be too dry) You can also add more olive oil
to the pasta.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste.
