Measure cereal into large bowl and set aside.
|

|
Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and
butter on High 1 minute and stir. Microwave 30
seconds more or until mixture can be stirred
smooth. Don't over cook.

|
Stir in vanilla and pour mixture over cereal,
stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon
zip lock bag.

|
Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well
coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in
airtight container in fridge.
