Brown sausage until no longer pink (about 15
minutes) in saucepan. Remove and save cooked
sausage.
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and seasonings.
Stir well until bubbly. (Do not allow mixture to
brown) Add milk slowly and stir constantly until
sauce is smooth and thickened.
Add cooked sausage to gravy. Stir until combined
and serve over sliced biscuits.
