2 3/4 tsp instant yeast

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder

2 tsp salt
|

Instructions |
|
|
1. mix eggs, yeast, water and dry milk powder in mixer for 30
seconds
|
|
|
2. add flour, sugar, butter and salt. mix 4 mins until cleanup stage.
mix 1 more min.
|
|
|
3. knead for a couple of minutes and let sit at room temperature for
30 min.
