Ingredients
1/3 C Onion
1/2 C Ketchup
1 Egg
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 C milk
1 C crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 tsp garlic powder
 
Instructions
-Mix everything in a large bowl -Put in large pan 5x9 loaf pan -Bake for 1 1/2 hrs @ 350
