     Philly Cheesesteak Calzone

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
1 1/2 pound flank steak, sliced
1 cup American cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 40 degrees and grease a baking sheet. Heat a pan over medium high heat and brown meat on all sides. In the same pan, saute onions until softened. 6-8 minutes. Roll dough into a large circle and transfer to baking sheet. Sprinkle majority of the cheeses evenly over half of the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch edge. Spread steak over the cheese; then top with onions. Spread remaining cheese over. Fold the uncovered half of pizza dough over all the toppings and seal the edges. Poke some holes in the top of the calzone, for the steam to escape. Brush the top of calzone with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with parsley and place in oven. Bake for 19-22 minutes. Remove and serve with marinara sauce.
