1. Prepare meat of your choice
2. Sauté vegetables in butter
3. Beat eggs and milk together and pour into skillet with vegetables and meat
4. Scoop some of the mixture into a tortilla and fold up
Directions for freezing-
1. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil
2. Put into Ziploc bag
3. To unfreeze, unwrap burrito, place on a plate and microwave for two minutes on each side
