1. Heat olive oil and add onion, salt, and pepper, sautéing until soft.

3. Add beans, water, broth, and boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Cook rice, then fluff and add lime juice.
6. Blend soup and then add rice. Serve with avocado
