     Dutch Oven Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups warm water
5 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP yeast
1 TBSP salt
5 TBSP oil
7 - 7 1/2 cups flour
 

Instructions
In a bowl combine water, sugar and yeast. Let sit 5 mins. Add salt and oil and mix well. Add 4 cups flour and mix until smooth. Add remaining flour until a soft dough forms. Knead until elastic. Place into greased bowl and turn to coat. Cover and let rise until double in size Punch down dough and knead. Form 16 balls and place in warm Dutch oven sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover and let double in size. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
